Starbucks
Calorie Calculator
A little clarity in every cup. Explore the US menu, choose your size, and estimate how milk, syrup, espresso, and cold foam change your drink.
Standard US recipe · official menu data
Four steps. One clearer order.
Start with the standard recipe, then see what changes when you make it yours.
Pick your favorite
Search 12 familiar drinks, from an Americano to a Caramel Frappuccino.
Find your size
Use the actual recipe for each size. More ounces do not always mean more espresso.
Make it yours
Change milk, adjust syrup pumps or espresso, and try a topping where supported.
See the difference
Compare your estimate with the original recipe, including sugar and caffeine.
A better understanding, before the first sip.
Keep your goals in view
See calories, sugar, fat, and protein together. A useful starting point for tracking your usual order.
Untangle the customizations
A milk swap replaces the original milk. Fewer syrup pumps remove sweetness already in the recipe.
Know your caffeine
Cup size and espresso count are different things. Check the approximate caffeine in your chosen recipe.
Everyday favorites, with the numbers.
Order with a little more intention.
Start simple
An unsweetened Americano or Cold Brew lets you add milk and sweetness deliberately. Grande standards: 15 and 5 calories, respectively.
Compare the milk
Milk changes more than calories. Compare sugar, fat, and protein too; oatmilk is not automatically the lowest-calorie option.
Choose the size you want
Compare sizes of the same drink. Hot Venti is 20 fl oz; iced Venti is 24 fl oz. Recipes and shot counts can also change.
Dial back the syrup
Try one fewer pump before removing the flavor altogether. Our ingredient model estimates 20 calories per full pump, or 10 per half pump.
Two things to keep in mind
Toppings count, too
Cold foam and whipped cream can change the total. Their serving sizes vary, so our values are portion-based estimates.
Save the recipe, not just the number
Note the drink, size, milk, pumps, and shots when tracking an order. “A latte” can describe many different drinks.
A few good questions.
What the numbers mean, and what this tool can help with.
How accurate are the results?+
Unchanged recipes use Starbucks US menu nutrition. Customizations use a disclosed ingredient model, not an official custom nutrition label. Actual preparation, milk brands, topping portions, and locations can change the result.
Is this affiliated with Starbucks?+
No. This is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by Starbucks Coffee Company. Starbucks and drink names belong to their respective owners.
Is it free, and do I need an account?+
Yes, it is completely free. No registration, subscription, or credits are required to use the calculator.
Does it include every Starbucks drink?+
This first version covers 12 everyday US drinks and their available sizes. Seasonal items and other countries’ recipes are not included. The Chinese translation still uses US menu data.
Where do the numbers come from?+
Each drink links to its official nutrition page and shows the date checked. Milk and topping changes use published manufacturer labels as proxies; assumptions and sources are available below the calculator.
Good estimates start with clear sources.
Default recipes come from the Starbucks US menu. Custom totals start with those values, subtract ingredients you change, and add the replacement. We show assumptions because a carefully explained estimate is more useful than a promise of perfect accuracy.
